Election of FV; FV term of service; Compensation of FV; Powers of the administrative staff

Section 1.
     While Egora is ultimately owned and controlled by the Members of the International Logic Party, Egora is administered by the Filosofos Vasileus/Vasileessa, referred to as FV. The FV has the freedom of administering Egora according to their own best judgement, within the confines of the Egora User Agreement. The Party, however, has the power to elect a new FV through Egora through the Idea Popularity Index with “Egora” relevance. This will work in the following manner:

When a “Doctrine of Administration” idea with the name a new FV rises to the top of the IPI, replacing the “Doctrine of Administration” of the current FV for at least 23 hours, the current FV will be expected to immediately pass all control of Egora onto the new FV. The efficiency of the transfer process will be one of the deciding factors whether the outgoing FV will be elected FV again.

Section 2.
     The FV will serve a term no longer than two years, but they will be re-electable. If a new FV has not been elected by the process above, then a candidate who’s “Doctrine of Administration” is the next highest on the IPI will replace the current FV.
     One exception to this rule is that Cezary Jurewicz, as the creator and engineer of Egora, will remain FV until Egora's completion and stable adoption. The “completion” of Egora entails the creation of a new monetary system contained within Egora––Egora Egold––which will be used for the fair financing of political campaigns and to reward those who have contributed to the vision of Intelligent Democracy (see Information screen, Support the Democratic rEvolution!). The “stable adoption” of Egora is considered as 23 million ILP Member accounts validated with government issued identification documents.

Section 3.
     The FV will be compensated for their service of administering Egora from Egora’s treasury in an amount equal to the world’s average income.

Section 4.
     The administrative staff of Egora is expected to make public any concerns they have about the course of Egora under the leadership of the FV, while maintaining all user privacy. Former technological staff will forever keep their access to the active code of Egora to ensure accurate processing of data.
