There should be a year-round course at schools where you can choose a list of let's say five professions that you choose and the classes just include classes if those majors, without any general courses that most people should know (regardless of profession.
This way they don't have to spend 4 years of their lives and a lot of money, to get a Bachelor's degree in something they are not able to learn to a satisfactory level. This way, we can achieve higher efficiency in all professions that will also lead to clients/customers spending money on services that are not worth the money, and instead spend them only at professionals who provide a good service, and are able to solve their problems. This will also free human resources that can be better utilized elsewhere.
